Meanings of elements

Stratus refers to a low-altitude phenomenon, in most cases to LOW CLOUD FORMATION that occurs prior to drizzling or misty rain falling. In the case of the given meaning RISING CLOUD, MIST ROLLING UPWARDS and consisting of the elements「enclosure, watching scrotum and testicles carefully」one can assume the obvious as an infected person looks down and a misty cloud rises to meet his nostrils.
