「Legal clause with hole」is perhaps the source of the English 'legal loophole' meaning here to CONCEAL, CONSPIRE, COLLUDE regarding ways to circumvent the rules by violating the spirit or heart of a law but not the letter of the written code. A CRACK as a way inside, to HOLLOW OUT THE TRUE MEANING, to EXCAVATE. Buddies taking turns with one another's「cavity with a crack, gap or penis displayed and blowing hard.」…in short, by not using a service provider at all, no laws were violated and all activities were in compliance, yet, the infection spread nonetheless: a loophole was found after all. Interesting that 'loop' means to make a continuous circuit within and among a closed system, with some sort of a hole, to derive LOOPHOLE (see 形 'pattern').

If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
