Meanings of elements

「Salty same feeling among everyone with head facing downward」seems to describe the sensation of urinating, a fluid that often, but not always, has a characteristic YELLOW color…the「stinging sensation」occurs concurrently with an infection. Discovering the first flows of pus whilst「looking downward」and seeing yellowish schmutz in one's loincloth, a condition that infected nearly「everyone, widespread」at some stage of life in the past 'good old days.' 2014 has been declared the start of the post-antibiotic period due to the evolution of gonorrhea strains that are fully resistant to the presently available antibiotics, a cause for some concern among the medical community and should be a cause of great concern for anyone sexually promiscuous.
