Purine literally means「pure urine」or purified uric acid…elements are「mouth orifice of person in front down on all fours, command, order, cause to occur」that at times may cause involuntary and spontaneous urination, depending upon the nature of the order or command, of course. Urine is expelled from the tip of the penis, perhaps leaving a telltale odor in the uncircumcised that would likely become noticeable with「taut erection rod in front of person bent over with mouth.」WHISPER suggests bowing to move one's ear closer to another's mouth or orifice, or, vice versa, and whispering a command…or, simply MURMURING in a whispered tone to oneself about how one's job sucks.
　「Compelled moan with emphasis on tense gasping a long time」suggests the burning sensation that accompanies gonorrhea with urination due to the uric acid contacting the infected portion of the urethra, and whispering prayers to all the gods that it ceases soon (not without treatment, it won't, it won't). Note that this glyph uses the same elements as glyph meaning 'destiny, fate, one's life every day' (命), and who can deny that urination is normally an inescapable daily event destined to occur?
