「Physical condition of two congealing spread feet in winter」as it may depict the THROB, ACHE, PAIN associated with the old Chinese practice of dis-integrating the feet of a very young girl in winter (see 冬 for details, the season for butchering various meats), evoking the heartache and throbbing pain of parents watching as their little one suffers later, after the procedure, TO BE FOND OF…nevertheless following through with the plans for her (图) to become sold as a service provider.

　「Blue balls is a slang term for the condition of temporary fluid congestion (vasocongestion) in the testicles and prostate region, accompanied by acute testicular pain, or a prolonged dull aching pain emanating from the prostate, caused by prolonged and unsatisfied sexual arousal in the human male. …Some urologists call the condition 'epididymal hypertension.' 」

　Needless to say, body parts that become too cold change to a blue color due to the lack of proper fluid flow.
