「Female」with「spewing, spurting」…meanings of SOFT and WEAK, UNRELIABLE seem to apply to a no-longer-integrated foot that is falling into pieces due to gangrene, one that has become too loose for use by a client. Moreover,「such as it is with emphasis on spurting rod getting started」clearly depicts a SOAKED, SATURATED AREA covered with gleet, gonorrheal discharges, pus, and everything else making the rod SOFT and WEAK, UNRELIABLE.
　「Female spurting」or「female and an erection with orifice」or「female with a swollen, swelled orifice」seem to apply to the meanings of SOFTENED and WEAKENED, SOAKING WET again as yet another ubiquitous glyph reference to the female wetlands.
　Most any「orifice of a service provider」in one sense is UNRELIABLE if considering only one's risk of contracting some sort of sexually transmissible infectious disease…but presumably not unreliable if considering a very short term (say, only the next three minutes) and not caring about ten days after. UNRELIABLE perhaps if the client is foolish enough to believe anything he is told. UNRELIABLE perhaps as a reference to being unable to hobble about on her own two mashed feet just yet, or that at times the Bartholin's glands just do not fully lubricate the vaginal vestibule, or that she cannot be trusted to refrain from spurting with anything or anyone else besides her owner or legal husband, and so on and so forth.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
