「Head」with「rolled back, rolled down」「head rolling」or「head in high tension」(in some fonts), or「head looking up, peeping, in danger」or「head twisted (乙)」or「head in that other position, the second rolled-back position」as the HEAD AND NECK of any animal, an infant, or any other sort of a head and neck combo having skin that rolls, rolls back—such as that of a head not normally positioned between shoulders.
　「Sliding head in high tension for a long time causing gasping」is an understatement of most birth experiences. The child's HEAD AND NECK in particular are severely stressed while passing through the cervix, often causing a lopsided 'conehead' shape for a few hours (or days) to form out of the soft skull plates, not to mention details of child conception and all the「head and neck sliding in high tension」that surrounds it. IN DANGER as both the mother and the child during the birthing process, with childbirth being the most common cause of death for young females, and not so long ago. During a 'normal' human childbirth, the fetus turns while traversing the birth canal, suggesting these elements as「head rolling.」
　「Head in second position, the 2nd head, dammed head」or「head twisted (乙)」and so on refers to IN DANGER, the HEAD AND NECK of the nether region, likely with the prepuce skin sheath ROLLED out of its normal position into「second position」or foreskin skinned back as it were. Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
