「Hand use of the central government」to OPPRESS.「Talented use of both hands in a cavern of wonders by person employing a squeezing grip」and PRESSING HARD with both hands on no-longer-integrated feet to accomplish a task, or the service provider pressing hands to accomplish that task directly with hands, or with a breast set, or armpits, or the client grasping the hind of a ewe, or whatever: OPPRESS, to PRESS HEAVILY WITH HANDS.
　「Talented hand use palming erection by person with squeezing grip」or「talented hand use for control of sticky erection, array of streaming with emphasis」also describes use of hands to govern a cave, that is, OPPRESS the service providing workers and prevent their escape, to PRESS HEAVILY WITH HANDS to dis-integrate and re-dis-integrate feet periodically, wrap binding cloths daily, and keep them under control, governed.
