「Orifice, mouth with unloading, soften meat and unhitch」needs no explanation as a completed blow job, fellatio. A BIT is a device to control an animal, HELD IN THE MOUTH, and HELD BETWEEN TEETH. Especially if the mouth and throat were very small and the fellatrix was「using new tools」a sudden bursting discharge and GAGGING upon the unloaded ejaculate is a strong possibility.
