Not likely「the heart of life」since everyone does not hate, complain, or blame constantly. More likely refers to those who must「bend over showing orifice in front of person」…those fated as servants and slaves of the wealthy who must comply with constant commands, folks living in outright sexual slavery and prostitution, who feel bitter resentment for their「lot in life」and「destiny to be with spewing diseased bent penises」all the time, for whom LIFE SUCKS THE BIG ONE. Being「commanded」to go down on a「spewing penis」full of gonorrheal gleet pus is the surest way known by mankind to create HATRED, ENMITY, RESENTMENT, COMPLAINING, BLAMING, VENGEANCE, MALICE and so on (see the glyph meaning 'bad smell' 葾 that uses the replacement for this glyph as the lower elements).
