Frankly, as「vehicle summoned」nothing can be inferred with regard to the weight of the vehicle, yet「the higher authorities」normally preferred larger, heavier carriages that afforded a smoother ride and greater protection with comforts and other invited passengers within. Nevertheless, as「rotation in Mongolian clusterfuck convention」the concept of being an item that can be mounted yet handled easily, placed on one's body, and passed in rotation to another or rotated on a pivot, as a SMALL AND LIGHT VEHICLE makes the most sense with the given elements,「rotate, rotation with orifice reaming」or「called up as a vehicle for rotation duty」: a suggestion to grease the axle and/or grease the hole prior to use in order to lighten the load and reduce unwanted frictional drag,「screwing in rotation with orifice reaming」for a truly religious experience.
