Spending time with, being married to, or admitting any other sort contact with a「female demon, bitchy hag」needs no explanation. On the contrary, perhaps thoughts recalling deeds done to a female that now haunt the perpetrator(s). Why the person died and 'became a ghost, demon' (CONSCIENCE-STRICKEN) and who was responsible (ASHAMED) are obviously important, likely explained by the details of the right element:「marker above plugged orifice」and「copulating with short leg bent and dripping.」Conscience-stricken after giving one's partner a dose of disease, and then the partner dies, or justifiably nags like a「bitchy hag」for what has been done to her, and so on. Moral of the glyph's story: think before taking any action.
　More to the point may be「loose flapping dis-integrated foot and spirit of a deceased person, ghost」that describes a foot-dis-integrating gone wrong and the resulting gangrene with sepsis causing the death of one's own little girl, and associated SHAME, HAUNTING BY AN UNFORGETTABLE MEMORY, SIN, and the loss of her sales price. Or worse perhaps, the same foot-dis-integrating procedure creating a monster, a「warped, demented, extreme tension, stress with pain and gasps female demon, devil, ogre, bitchy hag」sold as a sex slave and never being able to forget what has been done to her.
