Elements indicate that the sole reason not to engage with a female is if there are pathogens, larvae or worms crawling out of one or more orifices, or, perhaps the glyph is metaphorical of an UGLY WOMAN. Note that the English DISGUSTING literally means「not with gusto, not with vigorous enjoyment, not with zest」and that the condition described by the elements would likely be REPUGNANT to most folks.
