「Loincloths that are large, long, and expanded for screening like two curtains in crotch」used formerly by females. Same style of long flaps covering the front genitals and buttocks can be seen integrated into the design of Chinese courtesan and concubine party dresses with side slits extending from above the hip or pelvic bones to the bottom hem, a qipao or cheongsam. References to a TENT perhaps as some guy climbing inside or the concubine sitting and straddling his prone body, with a stiff pole or peg between the two loincloths and inserted into the loins. Dress design enabled court concubines to schtup (ejaculation into a birth canal or other attainable orifice) at a moment's notice and return to court without any (other) males being the wiser, reawakened in modern times as the quintessential Chinese dress. SCREENING and TENTS are merely larger manifestations of this same phenomenon.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
