Chinese and Japanese suggest contrary meanings. Chinese: being informed of「having no more orifices」available at the moment from the shaman would evoke AN EXPLETIVE OF DISBELIEF OR ANGER. Colloquially, NO WAY!. Japanese: a「mouth that causes nothing to be remaining of a prostrate person over many upward thrusting penises side by side with many emissions」as WITHOUT ANY DOUBT the service provider(s) of choice. On a more personal level, with the right element actually referring to「having no more fluids for emissions, to have run out of juice」when combined with the main「orifice」of a vagina, the meaning of DISBELIEF and an EXPLETIVE EXPRESSING ANGER becomes apparent, since human female anatomy is naturally well equipped to continue vaginal intercourse with sufficient lubrication over long periods of continuous activity, longer than an individual male who will on average ejaculate in merely six minutes or so…therefore, if the「orifice is out of juice」then it must be time to seek for the true reason why, and not simply blame a female's anatomy in most cases.
