The concept of scooping fluids from something likely can be derived from the elements literally as「talented hand use」with「on fire burning lust with erection pursuing concubine (multiplied) and surrounding on all sides」with「effort, erection piercing slit in no-longer-integrated foot」to clean out or scoop the ejaculate from within the foot slit, DREDGING the channel, FISHING for all the remaining coagulated chunks,「being kind, considerate, sympathizing」with the concubine/ service provider by cleaning up a bit after oneself, or more likely, as her task in preparation for the next client in line.
