Likely describing a cluster of hominids. Most meanings need no explanation, but IMPREGNABLE likely stems from being unable to gain access due to crowded conditions, INACCESSIBLE.
　When hills are「unified, sides joined」then they are twice as wide as one hill. Refers to the PERILS of accessing such a place with no mountain pass as a low spot between two higher hills, as well as the ability to defend it during an attack, as STEEP, SEVERE, PERILOUS, RISKY, IMPREGNABLE, HAZARDOUS, and just plain INACCESSIBLE, needing to travel a long way around.
　Left element also is a「naked human buttocks」and if the buttocks cheeks are「unified」then just plain INACCESSIBLE, IMPREGNABLE…as such, life will likely be RUGGED and fairly short unless a bunghole is cut, afterwards life will most definitely be RUGGED, PERILOUS, RISKY, HAZARDOUS. Life with a fundament is fundamental. Human beings born without a fundament (imperforate anus conditions) are not altogether unknown, but in ages past it likely doomed an infant.
