Literally「penis spewing drops.」…obvious sexual overtones cannot be overlooked as the essential meaning for bonobo-like men (or women?):「penile feelings」or「penis-minded」as what fills one's mind and heart, INTENTIONS, one's WILL and MOTIVES…「eat, survive, reproduce」is the mantra of our DNA, whether we like it, or, not.
　Can also be read a bit more meekly as a「self-serving heart, mind, spirit」or what we want for ourselves, as our INTENTIONS. Suggesting that most of the MOTIVES, and DESIRES of humans are, after all is said and done, sexually oriented. Only a hundred or so years ago and continuing back into antiquity, once sufficient food was gathered with clothes and shelter provided, there was little else to do or think about for most folks other than sex. Considering the Internet, entertainment, advertising, and most news of today, it could be argued that humans have changed very little in the past 100,000 years. Folks today may be just as「penis-minded」or「pricks at heart」as depicted by this glyph. Note the related glyph of 'vulva-hearted' (忠) means 'fidelity, loyalty' but likely because female offenders were publicly tortured or slaughtered until quite recently, and corporal punishment has a way of inspiring most any characteristic desired by those in authority.
　Lest we forget, MAKE A NOTE, KEEP A RECORD of the SIGN, MARK, the AIM and INTENTIONS within the「heart, mind, and soul」of a「genital man」: to get his penis in a spewing condition…and so it goes. The 'gentry' or aristocracy, the gentlemen genital men so called because their progeny would inherit wealth, unlike serfs, needed to KEEP RECORDS of their bouts of intercourse (when possible) in order to establish paternity in a day and age when DNA testing was prohibitively expensive, or, simply unavailable.
