Unlocking a closed or blocked portal: action of inserting a long metal object and sliding it into a small hole, then turning and twisting the inserted metal, shuffling and scraping in and out again and again in order to unlock something, describes the actions of both a bougie reaming a meatus, and a KEY.
　「Metal」with「shuffling」「highly possessive, hands on」「establish an erection, construction, dragging erect」or「again and again and again.」Using metal to construct KEYS and locks provides more security than if other materials are used, and in fact most keys and locks still today are formed from metal.「Person in downward thrusting motion」to insert a KEY into a KEYHOLE.
