「Flowing fluids」while「supervising, auditing, inspecting, watching intently, scrutinizing, staring closely」at a line of「wide open orifices」during an inspection for infection, so we need not guess too long about the「flowing fluids」being referred to here. This auditor was not a client, but rather a supervisor, a monitor of the group, but abusing that fiduciary position by ACTING WITHOUT AUTHORITY, EXCESSIVE, a bit obsessed and possibly uncontrollable, OVERSTEPPING THE BOUNDS…perhaps after finally locating a clean set of genitalia. Other meanings of INDISCRIMINATE, ARBITRARY, MORALLY CORRUPT, and RECKLESS refer to taking advantage without permission of a lord's harem, the shaman's service providers, or potential clients queued at an inspection station.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
