「Intercourse back to the starting point」is the DEMOTION in rank of a harem concubine FALLING FROM DIVINE STATUS, or a service provider of the shaman in DISGRACE. A PUNISHMENT after being BLAMED or CHARGED with some guilty action. BANISHED as being tossed out of the cave o' wonders or the castle means going back to the starting point, which likely was starvation, kwashiorkor. Note that verbal intercourse with these meanings makes little sense unless we assume that the speaking originates with the man's buddies or peers…so, glyph likely does not mean「basic speech」but may very well be the source for the English expression of PUTTING ONE'S FOOT IN ONE'S MOUTH and suffering some FALL FROM GRACE as a result. However, being forced back into sexual intercourse with foot seems appropriate for all the listed uses, a DEMOTION, a DISGRACE, PUNISHMENT, CENSURE.
