「性奴隷、女、女性の股間の努力」の最も明白な意味は、古代中国における性奴隷の日常生活を指していますが、今日ではほとんどどこでも子供の性奴隷を売春させることも指しています。英語で「難しい」という意味で「hard」が使われるのは、硬いため挿入が困難な物質、つまり女性の股間と関連した、収縮して便秘した肛門内にある物質に由来しています。

Squeezing the last possible ounce of energy out of their TOIL, STRIVING, DILIGENT EFFORT, ENDEAVOR, not unlike the business world of many employer-employee relations today where 'this job sucks.'
　After any battle, the enemy older males were likely slaughtered and decapitated, but the females and young boys were taken as various sorts of slaves.
　The concept of doing something physically and never becoming tired or giving up also applies to「female crotch effort」since the human female is physically able to copulate continuously with many multiple partners in a seemingly endless succession, with no respite between partners (…passing out is a distinct possibility, however).
