「Fish with head orifice emits stream」somewhat describes a WHALE with its blowhole, a characteristic of cetaceans generally.
　While not truly a fish (WHALES are mammals with hair at birth, suckling their young with breast milk the same as bonobos and humans do), no one can deny that whales are the「capital」sea creatures alive today. Right element also can mean a「really large number, big swarm」and whales in days long past were known for traveling in「big swarms」causing hungry and greedy humans to chase them down in boats and harvest the meat and blubber for sale (「fish that provided capital」), often rendered to light street lamps in the big, capital cities, necessitated from the overcrowding of humans on「man-made mounds of dirt」(another meaning of the right element) that spawned corresponding crimes by schmucks against other humans who were easy prey if the streetlamps went out due to lack of rendered whale blubber.
　「Fish」with「capital」flavor…it is truly amazing how much bashing is tolerated just to continue enjoying whale meat—so you know then that it must taste pretty good. While not illegal under international law (as of this date, 2014-04-26) and only banned commercially by the voluntary cooperation of member countries of the International Whaling Commission, anti-whaling activists insist that whale species are vulnerable and that whaling is immoral, unsustainable, and should be banned permanently. And perhaps of some interest to those same folks, note that in addition to Japan, the countries of Canada, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Indonesia, Norway, Philippines, Russia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, South Korea, and the United States of America today also permit the massacre, slaughter, butchering, heartless killing and cruel, inhumane hunting of whales for the purpose of maintaining traditions, for food, and/or for research, but for some odd reason without the same singular, hypocritical, anti-whaling bashing that the Japanese endure annually…many of these same Japan-bashers regularly eat other meats, and would gladly kill the human whalers if they could without having a second thought about it, cheering if the whaling vessel were to sink.
