Generally means to FORM a single SHAPE of many items to match one other as is a PATTERN. Left element「equal thrusts, equal shape on both sides.」Right element depicts「short hairs, fur pelt, pubic region.」「Many strokes of equal force and shape」yield a carved FORM, SHAPE, PATTERN with internal surfaces used as a mold for forming sets of clay-fired pottery dishes, for example. Other such molded imagery can easily be conceived.
「Equal thrusts of equal shapes on both sides of the pubic region」that fits a pattern, perhaps one intended to stimulate the perineum simultaneously from both accessible sides…however, note that most adult human females do not have pubic hairs surrounding both groin orifices, but most human males do indeed have such growth surrounding the anus. In the human male, the perineum is the area located behind the scrotum, between it and the rectum…hence,「equal penile thrusting, both sides with pubic hair」would likely refer to「two male penis buddies」and not being with a female service provider or ewe, generally, with stimulation occurring of the penis attached by its root on the front side of the perineum and with a different penis penetrating into the other, the backside, molding the internal clay-like soil into a shape similar to that on each side. Note that male-female unions are complementary forms, whereas two males (left element) compact the internal soil as does a MOLDED PATTERN having the FORM of stacked fired clay dishes that repeats.
Needless to point out perhaps, but an「array of lower-connected screwing with pubic region」in the same fashion as might be the case with a longer line or circle of daisy-chained participants would clearly create a REPEATING PATTERN, forming the same SHAPE again, and again (see 型 and 尺). It ought to be possible to imagine the PATTERN OF MOTION moving through that line as do muscular contractions of a peristaltic wave, in much the same FORM and APPEARANCE as a tomato hornworm walks (actually, a caterpillar and not a worm, with a single green horn-like appendage protruding from its posterior).

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment
(see 籒 for that)
and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system.
Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is!
Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up.
No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
This site describes glyph meanings, not people.
These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language?
Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?
By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs,
you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary.
This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
