Traditional Chinese uses an 8-stroke count with elements of「meat, screwing between spread legs」to suggest an activity that causes heavy breathing, and some increased stressful use of the LUNGS, or 'huffing and puffing while screwing' that also smacks of mammary intercourse. Japanese JIS data lists a 9-stroke count using elements of「meat market」as a marketable 'good SET OF LUNGS, female breasts of impressive size'…for reasons not yet fully explained by a government study, human males normally, and some females too, are attracted to female chests. Viewing, stroking, and/or suckling of human female breasts may cause spontaneous erections—this has been observed as true throughout human history the world over. Japanese fonts often display elements as「body part with city, market」as LUNGS, and there is no doubt that the LUNGS are the body part of most people that are the most immediately affected and stressed by living in a city rather than in the fresh air of the countryside…in the old days it wasn't industrial pollution that was a problem, it was the stench of humanity.
　「Body part with palm down on loincloth」(to cover or suppress a penile erection?) refers to the human female LUNGS, or actually what is positioned in front of the lungs…since antiquity, the male's cry of「Look at the set of lungs on her!」has remained a unveiled reference to female breasts, since the lungs of most females are not actually visible, nor would anyone want them to be, generally, but the breasts of everybody always were visible until quite recently in human history, although breasts and breastfeeding are still garnering an undue share of news reporting. Perhaps the shape of the right element might have the appearance of a head, shoulders and LUNGS, the simple fact that the shape of the right element is balanced on both sides with what appears also to be a collarbone and backbone, or the head, arms, and torso of a person, cannot be dismissed as a possible explanation for this choice of elements.
　A third possible set are the elements as「body meat」with「emphasis marker above excreting」to suggest the intense gasping, hollering, and sobbing at times associated with various back orifice procedures, as in CRYING OUT AT THE TOP OF ONE'S LUNGS, or when in the presence of an exceptionally smelly fart. Lungs are used to「excrete waste」also, such as the waste product of carbon dioxide from metabolizing sugars. It is also well-known among the medical community if not commonly that the lungs excrete flatulence:「Flatulence means expulsion of flatus or gas that passes through the digestive tract and the rectum before passing out of the anus as wind, which is commonly known as farting. Wind can also be released from the digestive tract via the oesophagus and the mouth as a burp..」
　「Part of the gastrointestinal process for ingesting and digesting food involves excreting faeces as a by-product, which involves muscle contractions known as a peristaltic wave. Once food is chewed and swallowed the circular muscular contractions start in the oesophagus, passing the food in a ball or 'bolus' through the gastrointestinal tract into the stomach. Once food and nutrients are absorbed in the body the faeces by-product is passed from the colon, through the rectum and then out by the anus. Gases originate in the body from foods we consume and the muscle action involved in consumption, digestion and defecation.」

Noisy flatulence occurs due to the sphincter muscle in the anus vibrating as peristalsis movement pushes the gases forward to be released by the anus. Another cause for the noise may be when the gas is trapped between closed buttock cheeks and then released with speed as the cheeks part.」
　「Burping arises when partial pressure in the blood component of the intestine is lower than the partial pressure within the intestinal lumen cavity that holds digested foods and absorbs nutrients during a digestive transition. The pressure and gas within the intestinal lumen diffuses through the intestinal wall into the blood that passes through the lungs and is then exhaled as a burp.」
