「Using talented hands to accomplish a task with skin」as DRAPE OVER a section of skin by EXPOSING what is beneath, peeling back the foreskin and REVEALING the head. Note that modern sources seem to confuse the head on the penile shaft with the head on one's upper body, hence the conclusion was surmised to be draping something over one's shoulders as the modern given meaning and apparent usage, regardless of the obvious fact that if something is draped over one's shoulders, the opposite conditions of EXPOSING and REVEALING THE INSIDE, OPENING UP, UNROLLING, SPREADING OPEN will normally occur. What may have escaped modern scholars is the image created after pulling back and draping the foreskin over an erect penile shaft below the glans, that of a CAPE DRAPED around the neck and below the head.
