「Bad meat」perhaps refers to prying open a no-longer-integrated foot away from the mainstream service providers while planning to steal a freebie, but then understanding why the feet were not in use after sensing the putrid stench of gangrene and witnessing the maggots feeding: an ARMPIT, FLANK and its「meat stink」or the LOIN of「meat loosely dripping feces, shit stink」becoming an acceptable alternative in a pinch.
