Likely related with「two sitting people back-to-back, losers, cold」(背), with「meat」to describe a working posture of service providers. Today, some fonts display「two person and two meat」perhaps referring to a service provider flat on her BACKSIDE with two clients, the most reasonable position for both dis-integrated feet raised and being put to use simultaneously. Other fonts use「cold, congealed, emission to left side」「person inside sticky fluids splat」「emission to right side, congealed, cold」with「meat」that is not likely referring to spinal fluid. Note that animals without backbones fall over, not unlike feet without bone. And not coincidentally, the glyph's shape resembles vertebrae of humans when separated into individual bones and the surrounding meat has been removed.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
