「Eyes below hole, cavity」literally depicts EYES SUNKEN DEEPLY INTO SOCKETS, as well as「having one's eye on a deep, dark socket.」Variant of 杳「tonguing mouth below the woody」that described a DARK PLACE before one's eyes where nothing else can be seen or is OBSCURED—likely referring to the male perineum, the space between the balls and the asshole:「eyes below hole, cavity」noting that in China, the lordosis position down on all fours was the commonly assumed position for sexual engagement, hence the space below the cavity of deliberate copulation.
