「Caverns」were used as brothels, initially as a「cavern of rotations screwing and filling orifices」to mean the storage of VALUABLE ASSETS, precious items, divine things, treasures, live meat as「vehicles」that can be mounted and sold or rented on a short-term basis in exchange for obscene profit, the TREASURY, NATIONAL BANK. Perhaps a tongue-in-cheek portrayal by the sages of just how profitable the business of providing sexually-oriented services can be as johns rotated in and out continually. Note that in Japanese the sole use of this glyph as an element means 'underpants' as the 'cloths that contain the jewels, precious stones, assets' (褲). Or, a thinly-veiled attempt to call the government a group of clever pimps with bevies of prostitutes as assets (actually, the lords who ruled did in fact have bevies of prostitutes as assets).
　A「cavernous」building where「carts, vehicles」and/or the goods transported on such carts are stored. An ARMORY, the place where military vehicles and war materiel were placed in STORAGE. Note that the first large use of vehicles for a single purpose was to transport an army, and a fief lord needed WAREHOUSES and GARAGES to hold such vehicles when not in use. Further note that when not in use, these vehicles generated no profit (no risk, no reward) for the TREASURY, NATIONAL BANK and one source of a fief lord's treasure, makes going off to war good for business and profits.
　Elements as「emphasis on one's own hand」or「palming control of erection」as the「vehicle for screwing and filling orifices」further underscores where true value can be found and treasure is stored per the sages: GRANARY, MANY SEEDS IN ONE PLACE.

If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
