Could be read as the「deep feeling OF a younger brother」or just as easily「FOR a younger brother」to depict BROTHERLY KINSHIP, perhaps with not a subtle reference to sharing「streaming emissions」(see 晜, 'tonguing mouth of younger brother'). In Chinese, DOING ONE'S DUTY AS A YOUNGER BROTHER or sibling may also have related to the elements as「deep feeling stream of rod emissions」with「younger brother.」…and you can imagine on your own how that applies to BROTHERLY KINSHIP and so on.
　It is no coincidence that the English root word「broth」meaning fluids in which meat has been heated, cooked and fired, is used to describe「someone who broths」as a brother and a「house for brothing」as a brothel. Moreover, this glyph uses the same elements as 怫 that means 'anxious, angry, sorry, depressed' with「emissions spurting」either added or as a modification, suggesting that somehow a YOUNGER BROTHER is angry and anxious with regard to emissions, likely those of an older brother whom the younger must now be concerned about since he followed after his elder brother at the brothel, or must care for his brother in some manner such as by changing his poultices, or maybe just likes him and doesn't want to see him suffer.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
