Glyph most likely refers to the「male persons」the eunuchs, in charge of the harem of herd meat assets, LOWERING THEIR HEAD AND LOOKING DOWN, either at the frolicking concubines engaged in frenzied copulation with one another below them, or, whilst being reprimanded by the lord (for not inviting him?).「To escape from, excuse and temporarily dismiss from service, avoid, exempt, evade duties of the upcoming schedule after considering the circumstances」with「erection in dis-integrated foot, efforts」indicates EXHORTATION by or to the managing eunuchs of the emperor's harem to SUSTAIN MAXIMUM EFFORT—but it is not clear to what efforts the exhortation applies: to both harem and managers in fulfilling one's duty to the owner-master-lord, or to the harem in keeping the eunuchs out of trouble for not maintaining the copulation schedule, or efforts getting it on with the other girls as entertainment value for the eunuchs and lord: perhaps all of these.

If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
