「Snake like person with squeezing grip」maybe refers to reptile SCUTES, or skin scales that are likened to the no-longer-integrated foot sole skin of service providers:

　Or an「order to blow」「loose and dripping stink」to act as might a snake with its darting tongue protruding from the rostral groove of its mouth. Actually, the tongue is 'smelling' and sensing its environment searching for prey and meat with its vomeronasal system and Jacobson's organ, not unlike a slithering wary service provider exercising due diligence and caution. Snakes are neither slimy nor encased by the same type of scales as are fish. Instead, snake skin consists of dry SCUTES. Nevertheless, the allusion to an「order to start blowing, loose dripping short leg, mouth an inch away on person in squeezing grip, making a payment」and so on all do suggest a SLIME TRAIL of some sort, eventually. Review all the fundamental elements and apply imagination.
