Two「filled beyond rated capacity, cause for regurgitation」with「a reason to do something」such as accompanying one another to the clinic for moral support whilst being reamed.
　Two「dormant, retching, choking, strangulated, whispering with hair ornamentation」and「tonguing mouth, speaking」represents two men discussing an idea, WHAT IF, SUPPOSING we do such and such…apparently, based upon usage as elements, this glyph is exchangeable with 替,「two adult men speaking」that refers to each taking a role for the other that was normally assumed by a service provider of some sort (see that glyph for details), and in this case, also likely a medical service provider. NEVERTHELESS means something akin to「how ever, however, no matter what」as something stated that must be done in any case, regardless of other circumstances,「never less than [something].」The only odd item for「two filled beyond rated capacity with a reason to do」that might need some explanation here is that reference to「hair ornamentation.」…nevertheless, reviewing that element may help, especially when recalling that in dynastic China men generally were required by government edict to wear their hair long, and long hair can provide some highly erotic stimulation.
