Literally,「a woman,…ahhhh,…ummm, but I cannot recall her name」unnamed for reasons of privacy, or, her name was never mentioned as not being important during the short-term rental encounter. Someone acting as an INTERMEDIARY of a marriage proposal, who must not state all of what is the truth to each candidate if they are to be willing to meet. Right element means a person「smiling sweetly」and with「severe acute short-term memory loss」yet with a「willingness to comply」as a polite and smiling INTERMEDIARY who will soon forget the entire matter if no connection is made.
　「Let loose then gasp with memory loss」refers to inhaling with breath held then exhaling whilst toking herb, and yes, the fading short-term memory was something everybody understood from personal experience.
　The NEWS MEDIA that often「conveniently forget the facts」with biased and selective reporting practices and editors (so-called 'fake' news), but with reporters who smile at you all the time anyway, no matter what is being reported…

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
