Meanings of elements
EJACULATIONS in ESTRUS
…or: PENILE EMISSIONS and HEAD WRAPPED WITH GASPS in TONGUING SOMETHING IN A MOUTH
…or: THREADS with IN SEASON, RIPE WITH GOOD COLOR
「Ejaculations in heat, during ovulation, while in estrus」refers to the fact that one sign of approaching ovulation of mammals is that the female's vulva becomes swollen with blood and reddens perceptibly, becoming quite COLORFUL, oftentimes BRIGHTLY COLORED red, and highly lubricious. In some species, the vulva is「winked」as the animal puckers and releases the vulva muscles, causing a VARIEGATED color pattern that signals copulation time is at hand…but that VARIEGATED color pattern may also be due to the various stages of blood, pus and semen chunks being discharged as well, so caution is advised in most cases: a VARIEGATED color pattern is often characterized by long streaks of whitish shades among other colors. Winking among humans may convey the same copulation signal to a potential mate (see ). In any case, the ADORNED by hanging stuff is likely the result of being hit in the hair and face with a flying discharge.
「Winking the vulva is one of the signs a mare is in heat. Frequent urination, tail raising, squatting, and fence or wall pushing are also signs the mare is in heat. I have had mares that seemed uncomfortable being [ridden] and even acted colicky when in heat. You can have your vet [verify] to be sure this is what is going on. Mares vary a great deal in their behavior when in estrus (heat) from no signs at all to very pronounced signs. I hope this answers your question satisfactorily. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.」

GORGEOUS of course relates to items with gorges (narrow and deep valleys), or, to gorging and stuffing oneself, gluttonously eating, greedily devouring: take you pick as to which meaning applies, or consider that both do.

Modern definitions (that generally disregard history) …excluding politically incorrect concepts and other meanings deemed offensive today; may list only pigeonholed definitions, euphemisms, or meaningless mnemonics)
Chinese: adorned; swift; gorgeous; brilliant; variegated
Unihan extended: variegated, adorned; brilliant
EDRDG: brilliant fabric design

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary. This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
