「Showering with deliberately out-of-reach」indicates a very long shower during which FLUIDS MERGE, likely water with some bodily secretions as the showering person's meat THAWS and releases fluids.「Flow」that「surrounds from above, deliberately out-of-reach」「contained contents」perhaps is the ice and snow from mountain tops that MELTS and THAWS into streams of runoff water, eventually becoming the force that shapes and forms the valleys below and between peaks. Can mean THAW or MELT as it applies to water, but also to hard items such as metal, rock, minerals or any other substance that can become a liquid, or「any solid substance that contains a liquid state.」Note that 3,000 years ago, the perspective was slightly different than modern physics and chemistry. The concept being depicted may be that「there is a liquid contained in this form」of some material, and that liquid is set free when the object thaws or melts with heat.
Nevertheless,「fluids are contained」while a FUSION OF FLUIDS occurs after a heated, on fire burning and flaming erection (火) in pursuit of a sitting person finds a place with v-shaped legs with emissions and may also THAW a frigid mindset.「Fluids also are contained」in an outhouse commode or other privy where folks communally excrete, the「toilet」where it all sort of FUSES into one slurry SCRAMBLED mass, and the hard pieces are softened, MELTED and DISSOLVED as it were (if reading the elements literally).
「Deliberate fluids flowing and copulation with orifice, orifice emissions」and「out of reach with persons inside following in a line, going along with others, moving in the same direction」with all the queued folks doing the same thing that eventually will create a large flow SCRAMBLING the ejaculate, OVERFLOWING like a waterfall oozing (while at rest) or splashing (while in service) out of the affected orifice(s). Military troops were each allotted about three minutes with a 'comfort woman' so you can imagine the sort of flow that would soon result over the course of a busy day…or maybe you can't, so figure about a quart/liter of scrambled「flow contained within the valley.」Then there is God Almighty's take on this matter, found in Deuteronomy 21:10 When you go to war…and you take captives, 11 if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife. 12 Bring her into your home…then you may go to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife. 14 If you are not pleased with her, let her go wherever she wishes. You must not sell her or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment
(see 籒 for that)
and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system.
Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is!
Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up.
No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
This site describes glyph meanings, not people.
These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language?
Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?
By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs,
you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary.
This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
