Rain that is blown high into clouds freezes and descends somewhat (but not fully down to the ground), then that ice is surrounded by more liquid rain and blown high again, freezing and forming a larger ice ball「wrapped around rain.」This process repeats many times until the whole thing becomes too heavy to be blown high any longer, and falls eventually as HAIL to the ground, often with lethal force: not called HAILSTONES for no reason, the product of a relatively heavy mass of ice with the velocity of a free-falling object from hundreds or thousands of feet in the air generates sufficient momentum capable of great destruction and widespread death, similar to the effects of these elements also as「sticky fluids in spread legs from head wrapped in orifice, seduction of a curling penis.」

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?
