Elements describe someone DOWN ON ALL FOURS, in the LORDOSIS POSITION ostensibly with someone else behind「taking possession, grabbing ahold」while「wrapped in salty feces.」Also refers to the means of locomotion initially employed by a very young girl child after her feet bones have been smashed in order to change her into a sex machine for the remainder of her life. Elements as「soles of no-longer-integrated feet wrapped around salts inside」refers to how she moves about while disinfecting and drying the deep skin slits, often a bit burning and painful as in the English expression of 'rubbing salt into a wound' while CRAWLING ON HANDS AND KNEES.
