「Array of history, annals」「rod erection with vulva crotch」or「screwing orifice with taut erection」to describe someone in authority who performed OFFICIAL WORK in dynastic China, likely as a scribe or court reporter, that is, recording the deeds of the court members including the concubines which therefore became MATTERS OF IMPORTANCE. Oldest version uses elements of「rod」in「vulva」 and「crotch」(㕜) or「rod in orifice of crotch」as the history of humanity, and the historical record of one year as it referred to the emperor's or lord's recorded access and results with individual concubines, a task of the eunuchs for maintaining some semblance of proof of paternity as the history of his majesty's rod in orifice of crotch, among some other notations. The record was relied upon to determine possible paternity, tracing transmission of infection, and fairness of access to the lord among the ranks of concubines, all needed to settle claims and maintain order.
「Limited range」(丈) with「orifice, mouth」to depict a barks-with-no-bite situation, or,「array of annals, one with the historical record of events」: a LOW-RANKING OFFICIAL who is limited in range and scope, such as a court reporter or scribe, and limited as to what can actually be recorded as「history」something that is often subject to rewriting, redacting, revision and retraction by those who win the war, have the strongest and biggest fist, the most money or power, and so on.「Line throughout history」or a「history of screwing」also points to the array of effete sycophants who have ruled as HUMAN AUTHORITY FIGURES. Elements may well also be「rod erections taut in orifice screwing」that suggests any sort of RANK OFFICIAL who abuses authority and has a history of screwing on a regular basis: old version (叓)「arrayed, rod with vulva crotch」or「screwing crotch orifice」to describe someone as a human authority figure.
GOVERNING CONTROL, MANAGEMENT TACTICS, GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS were ordered BY LAW and enforced during endemic outbreaks of sexually transmitted diseases in the attempt to stem the tide. Infected people were forced to wear a codpiece and loincloth to prevent contagious dripping in public places, and undergo treatment by reaming with a bougie, again and again until symptoms abated. Official records were maintained of the treatment results to enable tracing of an outbreak or resurgence, and shaman brute squads enforced the laws under government authority, going door to door when the need arose.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment
(see 籒 for that)
and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system.
Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is!
Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up.
No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
This site describes glyph meanings, not people.
These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language?
Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?
By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs,
you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary.
This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
