「Now with emphasis on springy tension and facing downward」「enjoying yourself fully with no restrictions with an array of items」suggests STICKING ONE'S NECK OUT and the head, too.「Command kneeling in lordosis position」and「head with face downward」will obviously reveal the back of one's NECK and COLLAR, such as when displaying obeisance by kowtowing or preparing for an execution.「Give an order」with a person's「head with face downward」to mean everyone bowing to the LEADER.
NECK may be the literal result of what「commands the head」as the neck is the set of muscles and bones used to raise, control, and move that mass. STICKING ONE'S NECK OUT on behalf of the leader, a person who will get the axe from the lord upon failure (lords and bosses take the praise for a win themselves, generally), a slit throat, guillotined, sword swinging down onto the back of the neck, what have you. Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?
