Meaning NUMEROUS or to WIDEN, to SPREAD AMONG A GREATER COUNT (of people, in this case). Elements are「cavern of dull yellow pus, pornography」referring to a brothel. Modern day Internet usage reinforces the understanding that pornography usage has a tendency to become NUMEROUS, to WIDEN, to SPREAD AMONG A GREATER COUNT in the same manner as prostitution, since sex is a rather popular pastime. Yet, this glyph most likely is focused negatively upon the「dull yellow pus」meaning, in that after visiting a brothel and partaking of its pleasures, most assuredly sexually transmissible diseases will become more NUMEROUS, WIDEN among the population, and SPREAD AMONG A GREATER COUNT of people in this case, since the Trojan® Naturalamb® was not yet widely used as a prophylactic condom.
