「Open orifice and climbing aboard, hopping on, doing one's duty, official entry」being the THUD sound generated as the new owner takes possession and initially reams the goods in one orifice or another, THUMPING and humping outrageously, eliciting some PITY, SYMPATHY from bystanders (「female-female relations」) and those who were before her who know the pain of being deflowered by a brute and the SOUND OF RAMMING MEAT.
Or on the contrary,「open orifice with clitoris meat pulled」here as「opened hole of meat spurts with clitoris.」Perhaps referred to an already「opened orifice」discovered during the initial inspection of a newly purchased concubine, someone who fails to pass muster as it were (僜), hence acceptance and delivery is refused by the lord…the only option is for the goods to be dumped, transferred to the service industry, putting the asset to use as a common service provider in the shaman's cave o' wonders: THUD, SOUND OF FALLING OR DROPPED MEAT, PITY, SYMPATHY for someone not able to enter glamorous harem life with a lord, but instead be doomed to suck and swallow gleet from a long chain of clients day in and day out until death.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
