English word OLIVE in many languages means 'oil.' Olive oil was used as body oil by many societies, rubbed over skin for anointing, cleansing, health reasons, and is obviously useful as a natural lubricant with both a penis and/or dildo in any orifice…primarily for this reason, olives, olive oil, and olive branches were symbols of glory, fertility, power, peace, wisdom, long life and congratulations: not coincidently, lubing-up was a wise thing to do for peaceful flashing (glory) with power to increase the chance of receiving congratulations, and, olive trees live to be thousands of years old. Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
