One set of elements describes COPROPHAGIA「ingesting feces」a condition that may require a person to be FORCEFULLY RESTRAINED, IN CONFINEMENT as a DISEASE OF OBSTINANCE (such as people with autism) as well as one that is not easily cured, and OBSTINATE DISEASE. 　 And not only stubborn humans who refuse therapy…in fact, some therapies prescribe the ingestion of fecal matter to treat various maladies. In humans, generally a DISEASE OF STUBBORNNESS caused by brain abnormalities:

　「Metal」that「hardens, solidifies」becomes CONFINED in the shape or form at the time of solidification. Be that as it may, one cannot ignore the basic elements of「metal, enclosure around an old guy」that also implies CONFINEMENT, lacking the freedom to exercise one's natural functions.
