Elements of a「tree, woody」and a「child」both in ancient China during an age when sexually transmitted diseases were pandemic and many young girls had gangrenous feet who were sold as sex slaves, and mothers enjoyed their boys in every sense of the word:「In traditional Chinese medicine, there has never been a mental disease called pedophilia. …Children are usually described as natural sexual beings and erotic stimulation and sex-play are seen as beneficial to their healthy development.」

「Historical accounts from the 18th century indicate that adult-child sex (particularly same-sex pairings) were an accepted practice in China, Japan, Africa, Turkey, Arabia, Egypt, and the Islamic areas of India (Trumbach, 1977). In 19th century London the going price for a virginal, 12-year-old girl, of good background, was reported to be 400 pounds (Bullough, 1964).」

「In Japan, it is not uncommon for mothers to sexually stimulate their children to soothe them…. There have been stories in the press of mother-son incest arising from the strong nature of this relationship in Japan and the important maternal role of ensuring the son succeeds at school. According to Hideo Tokuoka, 'When Americans think of incest, they think of fathers and daughters. In Japan one thinks of mothers and sons' due to the extensive media coverage of mother-son incest there.」

FOOT binding was:「…the custom of applying painfully tight binding to the feet of young girls to prevent further growth. …Women, their families, and their husbands took great pride in tiny feet, with the ideal length, called the 'Golden Lotus,' being about 7 cm (2.75 inches) long. …The process was started before the arch of the foot had a chance to develop fully, usually between the ages of 2 and 5. Binding usually started during the winter months since the feet were more likely to be numb, and therefore the pain would not be as extreme. …To enable the size of the feet to be reduced, the toes on each foot were curled under, then pressed with great force downwards and squeezed into the sole of the foot until the toes broke. The broken toes were held tightly against the sole of the foot while the foot was then drawn down straight with the leg and the arch forcibly broken. The bandages were repeatedly wound in a figure-eight movement, starting at the inside of the foot at the instep, then carried over the toes, under the foot, and around the heel, the freshly broken toes being pressed tightly into the sole of the foot. At each pass around the foot, the binding cloth was tightened, pulling the ball of the foot and the heel together, causing the broken foot to fold at the arch, and pressing the toes underneath. …It was generally an elder female member of the girl's family or a professional foot binder who carried out the initial breaking and ongoing binding of the feet. This was considered preferable to having the mother do it, as she might have been sympathetic to her daughter's pain and less willing to keep the bindings tight.
…The tightness of the binding meant that the circulation in the feet was faulty, and the circulation to the toes was almost cut off, so any injuries to the toes were unlikely to heal and were likely to gradually worsen and lead to infected toes and rotting flesh. If the infection in the feet and toes entered the bones, it could cause them to soften, which could result in toes dropping off. Although, this was seen as a benefit because the feet could then be bound even more tightly. Girls whose toes were more fleshy would sometimes have shards of glass or pieces of broken tiles inserted within the binding next to her feet and between her toes to cause injury and introduce infection deliberately. Disease inevitably followed infection, meaning that death from septic shock could result from foot-binding, and a surviving girl was more at risk for medical problems as she grew older.
At the beginning of the binding, many of the foot bones would remain broken, often for years. However, as the girl grew older, the bones would begin to heal. Even after the foot bones had healed, they were prone to re-breaking repeatedly, especially when the girl was in her teenage years and her feet were still soft. …Bound feet were once considered intensely erotic in Chinese culture, and a woman with perfect lotus feet was likely to make a more prestigious marriage. Qing Dynasty sex manuals listed 48 different ways of playing with women's bound feet. …Bound feet rendered women dependent on their families, particularly their men, and became an alluring symbol of chastity and male ownership, since a woman was largely restricted to her home and could not venture far without an escort or the help of watchful servants.」

This glyph refers to the DAMSON PLUM:「The fruit of the damson can also be identified by its shape, which is usually ovoid and slightly pointed at one end, or pyriform [as are bound feet]. Its smooth-textured yellow-green flesh. And its skin, which ranges from dark blue to indigo to near-black depending on the variety (other types of Prunus domestica can have purple, yellow or red skin). Most damsons are of the 'clingstone' type, where the flesh adheres to the stone [as do remaining bone chunks within bound feet]…」
[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damson 2013-01-21 ]
Gangrenous feet were also as hairless as a DAMSON PLUM. Peaches, strawberries, apricots, and other fruits have structures that resemble hairs, while plums do not. Early humans had no laws or moral code condemning pedophilia, as this and many other glyphs suggest. Elements literally can be「woody and child」as it may refer to anyone NAMELESS, or deliberately UNNAMED due to an evil reputation, someone JUDGED by society. Both equated with bad meat, tightly bound and dis-integrated, often grotesquely discolored and/or gangrenous, 48 different ways.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment
(see 籒 for that)
and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system.
Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is!
Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up.
No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
This site describes glyph meanings, not people.
These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language?
Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?
By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs,
you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary.
This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
