　The PIGEON, a bird that makes soft cooing sounds, defecates anywhere and everywhere, and waddles when walking as might a young child. For various reasons, not the least of which is the manner in which they can spread disease, pigeons have been called「rats with wings」and these elements can also be interpreted as「screwings surrounding rat/child/sperm birds.」
　Perhaps also as a reference to the circular manner that flocks of pigeons begin taking flight in addition to the more obvious meaning of young service providers spreading disease in the caves o' wonder. Lower-left element might also be read as「maggots」referring to the bird's scavenging habits, or to larvae in foot-binding cloths feasting on putrid meat, and so on.
