Given meanings are the thoracic diaphragm, the region below the heart that for some reason cannot be reached by needles they claim, yet a quick search of the Internet indicates this is simply not the case as many sites describe thoracic acupuncture treatments…it generally does remain「unseen meat」though, as long as the patient remains alive. Elements are「dead, lost, deceased meat」and this glyph describes a HOPELESS SITUATION, INCURABLE INFECTION.
The「heart」referred to is more likely a「bent penis spewing drops of gleet」(心) and the diaphragm referred to in old texts may be the INGUINAL DIAPHRAGM, a wall of muscle similar in function to the thoracic diaphragm but smaller, located between the torso and the genitals.「Unreachable by needles」refers to the inability of a bougie to reopen a closed and scarred urethra, or unable to penetrate all the way in to the inguinal diaphragm.
Vocabulary use of this glyph as「mountain, glans」that is「covered with green paste」most likely is a reference to the green gleet of gonorrhea oozing continuously from the head of a sick penis, now unstoppable from「dead meat」too late to save.
Recall that ⺼ is a combination of「erection with stiff, congealed no-longer-integrated foot」and this glyph may also refer to gangrenous feet that are in a HOPELESS SITUATION with INCURABLE INFECTION,「meat unseen, lost」bound in cloths around feet…being in love with a service provider as a HOPELESS SITUATION, an INCURABLE INFECTION, one's「meat lost, dead.」

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?
