Perhaps「sounds of members」depicts the traditional ballads, poems, chants, and songs used to preserve traditions and entertain while having supper meat around the fleshpot in the caverns. Chords and harmonies were created when many「members」sang, recited, or chanted simultaneously.「Sounds」that are「clusters, members」of the same group, that fit together well forming a TONE or CHORD, sounds that RHYME with similar sounds. ELEGANCE is an extension of this concept to human behavior and rhyming (being「in time, step, accord」) with the rest of (high) society. The word「elegant」formerly meant being in step exactly and precisely coordinated with everything around you, a feature of higher quality music, poetry, and some people. While for many folks, yelping, belching, and bellowing simultaneously in a cave around a fleshpot does not always paint the picture in the mind's eye of ELEGANCE, TONE or RHYME, the「swelled tongue in mouth」elements do, insofar as a swelling due to pride in the tongues used for singing or reciting by mouth an elegant song or poem. Not likely a depiction of the sounds generated by whacking the side of an empty metal cauldron like a gong or bell, as per some scholarly sources.
　Perhaps「fellatio team, hum-job club」as set of elements that needs no further explanation. Of course, the right element is in fact an「orifice over a fleshpot」…perhaps a members-only club, or a fraternal society of some sort, or an exclusive harem, and after all these are cave people we are talking about (as are some fraternities today).
　「Swelled tongue in mouth」elements also depict a defiant unruly sex slave who has since been made virtually dumb by piercing the tongue with a spike and leaving it in, muted as a punishment for biting while fellating with the tongue spike as a warning to others considering engaging her mouth, the「sound」being caused by screams of pain during this procedure. Such a slave would have a difficult time enunciating words while singing, or while doing anything most likely, and may have resorted to simply「humming a few bars」while with the other「members」of the club, providing some ELEGANT TONES and CHANTING as accompaniment, so that the rest of the group would not need to sing a capella, and could maintain a RHYTHMIC motion, keeping in time with the dancing of other members (such as some college fraternities of elegant high society do today):「swelled erections standing, tonguing mouths panting, around orifice on fleshpot.」A DIVA is a highly distinguished female singer, and the word originates from「divine, a goddess, a really good singing girl」who was trained as the apprentice of a divining female, the local shaman witch doctor…「singing girl」is a euphemism for a superb sexual services provider, perhaps since she can use her tongue so well or because she causes her clientele to cry out loud and burst into hollering song. Shamans sold the services of these girls, and sold the girls themselves, too…called 'witch doctors' because they also sold divination services along with sex, and attempted to doctor you up after you contracted a sexually transmitted infectious disease in the 'temple of love.'
