　Dictionaries provide what seems like the opposite meaning of SHOWING RESTRAINT, perhaps interpreting the elements as「only one」and「inferior spewing penis」as remaining faithful to such a partner or accepting such a client indeed does SHOW RESTRAINT. Elements as「only one sexual partner」with「someone who completely enjoys sex while abandoning all restraint」always having only one (or, only one and the same) partner also SHOWS RESTRAINT. If elements are「excellent woman」with「two」then one or both women may need to SHOW RESTRAINT if proud or jealous of the other while waiting one's turn with the lord. On the other hand,「two excellent women」of the harem paired with one another may be required to SHOW RESTRAINT in order to avoid being chastised by the eunuchs, and so on.
